ROSY is an open-fire neighborhood restaurant that expresses our Ancestral European lineage in unexpected ways and encourages guests to let the spirit of the kitchen guide them. Eat first, think later.
Inspired by the Istrian Peninsula, shared by Croatia, Slovenia, and Italy, our communal menu features quick-moving plates intended to build around the season’s griglia for the table or enjoy independently.
Most ingredients are sourced within a 200-mile radius of the kitchen, offering guests maximum freshness and our chefs maximum flexibility.
Consistent with our free flow, we favor walk-ins and release a portion of tables monthly. Want to bring six or more? We love that, just reach out.
