ROSY is an open-fire neighborhood restaurant in Ohio City from Food & Wine Best New Chef and two-time James Beard Award finalist, Vinnie Cimino and Andrew Watts, following their first restaurant, Cordelia, in downtown Cleveland.
ROSY expresses our Ancestral European lineage in unexpected ways and encourages guests to let the spirit of the kitchen guide them. Eat first, think later.
Inspired by the Istrian Peninsula, shared by Croatia, Slovenia, and Italy, our communal menu features quick-moving plates intended to build around the season’s griglia for the table or enjoy independently.
Most ingredients are sourced within a 200-mile radius of the kitchen, offering guests maximum freshness and our chefs maximum flexibility.
